There are some things worth considering before you buy a printer. As there are many printers available on the market, one can feel overwhelmed with its choice. These are the things to consider before buying a printer:
Cost of cartridges and toners for this particular printer.
Speed, which is have many pages per minute it will print.
DPI (dots per inch) – the higher, the better the quality of printing.
Whether it has double sided printing or not.
Connection type – try to make it compatible with your computer. The most popular connection type is USB.
Warranty and for how long it will last.
Check if your printers has the possibility to be used by many users.
Check how much paper a tray will hold. The more the better of course but this will convert into a higher price.
Don’t spend a fortune, because eventually printers become outdated anyway.
