Too Small Letters?

Did you ever stumble on a website which had too small letters and it was difficult to read? It happens from time to time, but it is also true that some sites have too big letters and you wish that the webmaster have chosen different size of font. I know that a lot of sites lose readers because of it, but there is a solution to this problem.
